How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 1 to 3 business days. 

Does BROSHIELD use a dropshipping model?

No! Our products are original designs, handcrafted in Europe. They undergo strict quality control and are shipped directly from our warehouse in Miami enabling fast delivery within 1 to 3 business days.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 14-day return period. If you're not 100% satisfied with your wallet, you can return it easily.

Is BROSHIELD made from genuine leather?

Yes, BROSHIELD is made from real leather. The leather is carefully selected and processed in Europe to ensure top quality and premium craftsmanship.

What is RFID protection and how is it implemented in BROSHIELD?

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) protection prevents unauthorized access to personal data stored on RFID chips in credit and debit cards. BROSHIELD is internally lined with RFID-blocking material, including the aluminum compartment.

What fits inside the aluminum compartment?

Examples include: 9 additional bank cards, 2 condoms, 9 cigarettes, 25 business cards, or 4 keys. Basically, anything that fits within the dimensions can be stored.

What are the dimensions of the compartment?

The compartment measures 93 mm x 62 mm x 9 mm.

Is the compartment secure?

Yes – thanks to the durable aluminum and CLIPnSAFE technology, your items are stored securely and discreetly.

How many cards can I carry?

BROSHIELD holds up to 15 (bank) cards:

 

Up to 4 cards in the RFID-protected leather cardholder

 

Up to 9 (bank) cards or 25 business cards in the CLIPnSAFE aluminum compartment

 

2 additional cards in the leather compartment under the banknote section

How many bills and coins fit?

You can carry up to 15 banknotes, depending on their size and the number of cards stored inside.

 

The coin pocket has a sturdy zipper and holds approx. 15 coins, depending on their size and any additional items (like an AirTag).

What fits into the elastic band on the front of the BROSHIELD?

The elastic band adjusts to your needs and can securely hold items like a lighter, perfume atomizer, car key, vape, e-cigarette, parking tickets, club tickets, and more.

Can I store a condom in the BROSHIELD?

Yes, it discreetly fits two condoms from any common brand (e.g., Durex, Ritex, BillyBoy). They're stored safely without crushing or friction.

Can I store an AirTag or other tracker?

Yes – for a slimmer fit, we recommend our new tracker card. However, the coin compartment also has enough room for an AirTag.

Is there room for my vehicle registration, allergy ID, or X-ray pass?

The leather cardholder is designed for standard (bank) cards. Larger documents may fit inside the aluminum compartment if folded (93 mm x 62 mm x 9 mm).
