2) Drop off your parcel
Please return the item undamaged and in its original packaging to a local drop-off point, and send it within 14 days using the return label to the following address:

3) We’ll process your return
Your return will be processed within 14 working days. Thanks to the return label, your order will be clearly assigned to you, and we’ll refund your purchase amount promptly.
