You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by submitting a clear statement via our return portal (this is also where you can generate your return label).

Alternatively, you may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory, and send it to us via email at info@broshield.de.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard, least expensive one offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Use of the return label provided by us is optional. If you choose to use our return label, the cost is €8.55 for returns within Germany. This amount will be deducted from your refund. For returns from Austria, Switzerland or outside Germany, the return cost is €16.90. To initiate a return, please register it via our return portal. After registration, you will receive a QR code and a printable prepaid return label. You can then drop off the parcel at any local DHL/Post office or Packstation.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
